This is not supported by any scientific evidence and you probably just made it up. In the medical community there is not even a word for protein deficiency because it doesn't exist.
Because I guarantee you are getting more then 30gms or protein/day in your diet.

8 grams of protein = 32 Calories.....32/102 = 31.37%
hell of a lot more then 6%.
While its true that human milk has a lower protein content then cows milk, most humans are off breast milk by 2 yrs of age. There's a reason for that. We need more protein and by that age, are able to handle the digestion of it.
