I know a road racer, Cat 2 or so in the local area who commutes on the US Army version of this..some old one he found in a barn or something. It weighs like 50 lbs and he swears by it in the off season. Says it is is so heavy when he hops on his racing bike he feels like he has a rocket strapped to his butt. He also says its just a lot of fun to ride around on.
