I am really kicking myself. I just got back into working out this week after three months of everything else. Last Friday, I jumped on the scale and I'm up to 222 lbs! My weight was down to 205 lbs at the beginning of August. Time to get back on the bandwagon to fitness. Riding my bike felt horrible. Never been out of the saddle for that long and now it's taking its toll. My goal is to drop to 180 by May 2010. At 6'3", people are always telling me that I look great but I don't feel it. I will need some advice on how to bring my weight down.
