Where are you located? I know a PT in Detroit that almost got hired for The Biggest Loser. She WILL make you want to die. A buddy has lost over 100 pounds with her. Totally revamped his life.

What do I want in a PT? one that I will hate, and love for it. I am one that will push myself. I expect my PT to do just that. MY job is to know when I truly can't go any further. Their job is to help me find my edge ... and take me past it.

I want to go nonstop for the entire time. I want to dread the soreness afterwards, while I long for the rush of the session. When I had my first PT, the gym rats would come by during my workout and comment "I wouldn't want to do that!" At my current gym, I see many of the PTs and the client walking around. So the client is happy -- good for them. But not me!
