CREATE single speed fixed gear bikes from England, heard of them?

There is a guy on the Seattle Craig's list selling apparently all colors in the 58cm and 56cm size for US $250, which is weird b/c with current exchange they should be $404 US if you look at this site http://www.urbanexcess.com/c-1142-fixed-gear-bikes.aspx.

How do those compate to the $280 BD bikes and the Crosswind Ebay bikes? Aside from not being cromoly?
