I know how you feel. I have been flaffing about for the past year trying to get a bag I am happy with. Enter my 4th purchase and I think this is finally going to do the job for me.
I have a 20ah 36v battery and crystalyte controller in the bag. You can use the rack bag and easily still attach panniers with the matching rack I went for.
