Yes, when you read the description, you'll also see that he's selling the 5 mode light. There are some other Magichshine units listed on ebay right now, but they're from Chinese vendors and if you read the description of those lights you'll see that they're first generation, 3 mode lights (being sold for the same price that the US vendor selling the 5 mode light,too).
