Hey Fuzzy, not trying to protect the guy, (not at all!) but I think he meant "Lock-Tite" glue that some manufacturers use to keep the bolt from coming loose, the torching method works but is usually used to remove a part you do not plan on using again, and the "Chinese kid" part is his attempt at making fun of sweatshop conditions in some other countries, he's just not bright enough to put it into words that will not offend anyone is all, or maybe your right and he's just a troll! LOL! ;0)
