Interesting in what way? The current world record holder only got to screw around with position due to his ginormous height which is a known advantage under the current UCI rules in terms of getting into a nice aero tuck in the drops.

I expect Spartacus to ride a 1980's Shogun road conversion with matching colored knc chain and rims and still break the record by a good 500m or so.
Better yet an inch-pitch setup on his grandpa's track bike and shoes from NOS ebay auction from the 70's.
