Rear XT hub for disc brakes!?

I am having my LBS build me a new rhynolite wheel for my rear after they did an excelent job with the lefty front wheel with the rhynolite rim. I can not find an XT rear disc hub (the new one) online anywhere. My LBS is quoting 75 I believe for the hub. Is that about right for the XT rear disc hub?

Also I do not understand if a pair of XT hubs are 50 and 75 how are these places building a rhynolite wheelset for 150 or even 200? I know they are machiene built but wow that is cheep. In comparison the hand build wheel from the LBS is 39 for the rim , 20 or so for the spokes, 30 for labor, and 75 for the hub (the XT disc), about 180 dollars or so. (the front to build is about 150 with the lower cost 50 dollar xt disc front hub. That makes the wheelset almost 320 dollars to be handbuilt. Is that right? I see handbuilt sets for considerably less online.

BTW it cost me 70 dollars to build the left front wheel, using my hub...
