That bike is worth every bit of $350 if it is in good shape. S&M makes some of the best BMX frames/parts on the market. Frames alone typically go for around $350 new. The components are nice too. I'm sure it cost 3x the asking price to build. Buying used BMX is risky though.
People in C&V don't realize that there is an entire world of BMX bike stuff that's actually worth something. They tend to spend their time in little classic bubbles arguing about how much better vintage Campy is over 11 speed Campy and then they find something they have no idea about and make fun of it.
