It's a fork with only one leg QR , had a special hub includes that bolted from one side only...
It may be a collectors item because so many broke , Lyn Kastan (founder of Redline) had a gimic that sold a bunch but probably caused more injuries than first place finishes . I bet someone would give you some good $$ for it , but NEVER ride them .
Single swingarms go on the back of motorcycles , not the front of bmx bikes .
