Think in terms of Peugeots PY series bikes from the lates 70's through the early 80's. PY bikes could be purchased 'off the rack' or they could have been custon ordered through the special workshop. It seems as if Team Line bikes were marketed in a similar fasion. PrettyShadys bike may be an 'off the rack' Team Line bike.
