They make 2 versions, one with a clamp for round forks, and the other with a clamp for oval cross section forks.
Tomo, yes I have replaced the original caliper on both of my setups with the rear from a set of Campy Veloce on one and a Record on the other. They work just fine. I'm sure someone will be along shortly though to tell me that I'm not getting good braking with a single pivot, etc., etc. They don't get used much anyway.
