I was looking to see what people racing in similar categories are racking up for miles 1k, 1500, 2k, etc
So would you increase your training time or training speed if I told you I put in 4300 miles of base training (20 hours/week @ 18 mph avg. for 12 weeks)? Design the best training plan for you given your goals and available training time. I don't see how what other people do can be relevant.
