I bought my marin on ebay and developed a crack in the carbon fork . I emailed marin they advised me to take it to a marin dealer to have it assessed. I sheepishly went to my marin dealer with my ebay receipt . He checked it out and had me email photos that he forwarded to marin. They sent a new fork to the dealer and he charged me $20 to install it. Cant ask for much better than that
