17 miles round trip to work on my cross bike with studded tires and bionx kit. It's my first commute in over a month. We were supposed to have freezing rain but there was 3 inches of snow. The bike didn't do great in the slush/packed snow/ice but the trip wasn't bad (no additional precip). The studded tires do better on black ice than slush or hard pack uneven ice.
