I have and did...but the cycling videos keep me more focused on, well, cycling, rather than movie watching. It works for me. I'm quite sure they don't work for others.
And this will sound stupid...but the music tempo changes really work for me too. Sure, one doesn't have them on the road but while on the trainer it seems to work.
