Spot on - that's what folks do. Especially SS people, as they tend to be the more experimenting crowd.
I have a question: could you post a piccy showing the rear dropouts? Is tensioning done at the BB (eccentric BB) or at the dropouts? If it's the latter, it seems like it has very short slots??
