You might just be building more muscle, which weighs more than fat. I've lost the weight by using FitDay to track my calorie intake. I make sure that I eat less than I burn. Simple as that. The weight loss has been gradual and steady. It will begin to taper off soon, I'm sure, but I'll soon be riding a lot, so that will offset it.
