Can't offer a suggestion without knowing which hub you have. Also, what cassette range are you using?

BTW, try laying your rear wheel flat on a workbench with the freehub facing up and dribble a bunch of light oil into the seam between the stationary core and the rotating outer shell while turning the cogs by hand. See if that corrects the problem.
