Very easy , I was hesitant cause I don't know squat about computer stuff. I downloaded the program.

Insert cd into computer, Open program, select track that display when you enter cd. select rip----> to mp3. Places file on desktop (easy to find)

then when creating a movie with the flip, select music from files.

EEEEEZZZZZZEEEE!

free program...................http://www.freerip.com/download.php....heck, If I want, I can make a cd with a gang of mp3 files and play in my truck sonce my stereo plays mp3 files. My last stereo did too. I had about 10 cd's on one disc . mp3 files are small so you can fit a bunch on one disc. 4 or 5 hours of music on one disc.

Easier than carryign around 10 cd's.
