been off my training routine since getting back on the bike in November. However I would say just alternate what you do day to day; mix it up; add new stuff if you can. some days you gotta just run errands; some days you gotta just sleep late and watch movies on the couch. I try to have double or triple workouts where I can but I backed off on that because I needed to spend more time at home. A double or triple would be like swimming in the morning; running at lunch and weight training at night. A decent double for me would be swimming in the morning and weight training at night. In between days like that I would bike commute. Bike commuting definitely interferes with my swimming and weight training.
