I tried the uncooked oat meal. It wasn't as bad as I anticipated, but I will continue to cook it. I made the greatest Sunday morning pancakes today--whole wheat flour, oatmeal, raisins, walnuts, egg, canola oil, milk and cinnamon. Mmmm!
