Did you know Google has a very quick spell check?
If you enter a word then do a search, with slightly incorrect spelling, Google will correct the spelling.
So, if I enter "mastikates", Google comes back and says: "did you mean:
mastictes?"

So, you're basically living on fruit a vegies for a few days, in which case, I don't think you'd have energy problems. However, if you're riding and sweating A LOT, you
might lack some electrolytes that are crucial for water balance, muslce contraction and normal cell function, etc, etc -- especially sodium, and maybe calcium & magnesium
