Heel Pain from Haglund's Deformity - Any advice on shoes
I am getting back to Road Biking after 10 years but I get posterior Heel pain from the rubbling of shows due to Haglund's Deformity. When i try bike shows it really irritates it even though i have lifts that get me out of the back of the shoe...any advice?? thanks
