Those are SIS, but of course can be set for friction. I believe they only came from the factory in the 6 speed version, but you might be able to adapt for 7 with 7s levers.
But no, I don't have a set of 600s. I do have a DA set that's going on a spring build. The mount is a little different, but top of the tube mount.
