sorry if this has been asked before, but i haven't really paid attention to this whole thing. I got a letter about the class action suite but didn't really read it. Does that mean i'm part of it and need to let them know i don't want to be a part of it? I tried the exchange but just never got the chance to send the lock in. can someone tell me what's going on? cuz i don't have time to deal a class action nor to exclude myself from it. thanks
