Anyways, I had a closer look and got more info.

-Shimano dropouts (sounds weird to me)
-The cranks are ofmega (52-42) and six speed in the rear (12-18)
-Alloy rims (tubular)
-Modolo flash brakes and levers
-Campy valentino derailleurs

There are also bunch of shady stickers saying ''Made in Italy''
And another saying ''Distributor Montreal'' If that can be of any clue.

Once again, I'm no expert and I would like to date/identify that bike.

thanks for the input!
The Valentino (not nuovo valentino?) derailleurs and the whole look of the bike make it a late 60s early 70s bike.

The 6sp, Modolo flash brakes and the Ofmega crank (all 80s components) indicate that the bike was "upgraded" sometime in the 80s (and the frame was stretched)

The Distributor Monteal, might mean that the bike made its way to Canada and sold there as new.
