I just came across this thread and was wondering if anyone knows anything about the difference in geometry between the 2009 and 2010 Randonee models. My wife has a 2008 Randonee in brown that I have been able to put some extended time on (we both ride a 55cm in this bike). After about 400 miles on the bike we are both very happy with the way it handles though we haven't had the chance to really load it up yet. According to the REI sizing info 2010 Randonee now has a significantly slacker head tube angle and steeper seat tube and a longer wheel base. Just by looking at the pictures of the blue and green bikes you can see there is a difference in the shape of the frame. Has anyone had a chance to ride both to compare the handling? I hope to make it to an REI sometime before the March 22nd 20% off deal to see for myself. Until then, I'm hoping someone on this forum may be able to give me some input the handling traits of the 2009 vs 2010.
