True 'nuff. The most common question I get from non-cyclists in the winter is "Aren't you cold?" The answer is always a grin and a negative, and I'm never lying.

I don't think that they believe me after the temp drops below 10F, though. My beard gets pretty icy, and I'm sure that looks mighty cold. I can generally judge how frosty it looks by the level of bemused grinning versus outright laughter I get from passing skiers.
