When you get back on the bike, surgery will be in the rear view mirror in no time. After two months off after back surgery, it sure felt good to get on the tandem. I can laugh now, but I had to go into the granny gear to get up the little rollers going around Lake Natomas. I was in sorry shape.
You will be in a lot better shape and recover a lot faster than I did. Hang in there.
