I spoke too soon. This morning they were working on a section of about 100 yards about 1/4 mile east of Lucent. They have signs up on the west side of Lucent as well. I had a better look at the zone which was rebuilt in the big dip between Lucent and Broadway near the Highline canal trail. It looks really good now, built up with a large culvert running under it.
