http://www.tourdegaps.com/routes.htm ok im 34 yrs old im in pritty good shape i weigh 177 pounds.Climbing is getting better for me but i want to be better.Havent really rode any long distances also a weakness for me.But im sure i can given the chance.My goal is to ride longer distance and get better at climbing.I hope this was enough,thanks guys
