If it's more than a year old, just get a new one. Either way, though, I would send a letter or email to PB and let them know. I wouldn't ask for a replacement (unless it is less than a year old, then I would probably ask... less than three months old I'd be a little more insistent), I would just let them know my experience. You know, "I love your product for these reasaons: blah, blah, blah, but in the rain I've experienced the following issues." Make it as positive as possible, and make the criticisms as objective as possible. I bet PB sends you a nice thank-you and either a new blinky or a coupon for a discount.

Also, I try to run with two different blinkies, just in case one dies enroute.
