I left balance and flexibility unchecked but, if others are like me, that may be misleading. I worry about balance because I know it is important as you get older and I don't do anything specific to address it. It is sort of a hokey poll.
For me, flexibility - especially in the hip flexors - is crucial, given my pain the past few months. Increased flexibility has greatly reduced that pain.
