I agree unless it is a Campi FW and even then there is no reason not to havce that $10 tool around. what kind of FW is it? do you have pics of the wheels? are the broken spokes on the drive side?
any pics? I would say if they are in great shape maybe 150 with the bad rearwheel basically that rearwheel is a FW and hub right now.
