I think the most important thing is to wash the jerseys often. I don't want the sweat build-up to stay in the fabric. Therefore, I do not use the washer or dryer. While the jersey is still moist with sweat, I use cold water with some laundry detergent in a 2 gal bucket after a ride. Some agitation and hang dry inside-out.

On jerseys with a fleece like material, like some of the Under Armour, it works better to hang dry inside-out. That kind of material is what soaks up that sweat.
