Compare PB Blaze and Cateye HL-EL135

Looking for a "be seen" light and looking at the Planet Bike 3044 Blaze 1-watt LED (Amazon $39.99) and the Cateye HL-EL135 (Amazon $17.90). My primary use will be for commute to/from work. It is light enough in the morning when I would leave that I can see enough of the road, but think I should have some lighting to alert other drivers to my presence. My route is rural roads with no other lighting. Traffic is typically very light.

If anyone has used both of these lights, I'd appreciate any thoughts on advantages of one over the other. Given the price difference, perhaps I should consider 2 of the Cateye versus one of the PB? With that setup I could leave one on high and one on flash?
