I sold a very similiar Bianchi Forza last year for $200. However the wheels were not as nice as yours and it had an original, low end saddle. Also, I discounted it because I sold it to a freind. If I had listed it on CL, I would have asked $250. Prices have gone up considerably since then. I think the offer of $300 is fair, and about right. I would not accept less.
