Roast: Dark
they call it "Dark roast of the Decade" as dark roasting of african beans rarely does anything tasty for the coffee... in this case, you get the smoky, chocolaty sweetness of a long roast but the fruity sweetness still comes through with just enough bitterness to keep it ballanced.
Certainly a special cup. I dont love it, but it is interesting for sure.
