Yes it is dual slalom with 4 bikes and not quite as cool (I love ds)
I think crane creek makes a reduced headset to fit normal forks. I even think there are others but I don't know them all sorry. But I am 100% sure there is a way for you to put a superior normal sized fork on your canondale
