The milestones are always nice. Congrats and keep up the good work!!!

I had dropped below 300 to as low as 294 last month and know the joy. Then I went on vacation to Ireland for about a week. Full-on Irish breakfasts every morning and not bike commuting daily took their toll and I've since floated back to slightly above 300. Getting myself back on track, though.

Also nice to keep track of is measurements. I didn't have a scale for a long time, but I knew my clothes were fitting looser, so I had my wife measure around my gut every few weeks. Since last summer, when we started that measurement, I've lost about 6" from around my stomach. That's another metric that's nice to keep track of, b/c there were times when the weight wasn't really coming down, but I was still losing inches, so it kept my confidence up.
