well i have started cycling in earnest and have done 7 days in a row!! my appetite isn't what it used to be either for some strange reason? don't know if its cos i'm making an effort with the cycling and don't want to undo my good work or what but i'm feeling fantastic now
forgot to put my weight down - it was 121.1kg (266lbs) on monday and i'll be delighted to make any sort of a loss
and thanks for adding me
