Oh, and I forgot to mention that I haven't installed a piezo alarm yet. My alarm sounded once while I was climbing a steep, unimproved forest road and I heard it clearly. However, you ride in an urban environment so a piezo alarm might be needed. (I forgot to mention that an alarm wire is included with the CellLog unit.) I have my CellLog in a metal case that is attached to the case I built for my batteries. I intentionally used a case for the CellLog that is large enough to house a 1-inch piezo as well.
