No personal experience, but Habanero Cycles might be worth a look. habcycles.com?

The owner Mark was quite regular on rec.bicycles.tech when I was a regular reader.

Lots of doubters about a Ti frame at that cost, form China, etc., but the worst review I ever read from an actual purchaser of the bike was that the dropouts and oversized tubes in the rear triangle looked clunky and inelegant.
