Don't buy a new wheel just because spokes are snapping on you...your spoke tension is probably extremely low which is why spokes are snapping, take it to your LBS and let them fix it for you. Your wheel will keep on going out of true and snapping spokes like twiggs. Drive train noise most likely comes from the chain, which is not necessary a bad thing. You can not shove a quill stem into a threadless headset/fork...
But if you are really looking to blow some money on stuff well...3T Mutant stem has the quill stem look, If you want a set of wheels that's profiled, try the Vuelta Pista Track Wheels, only at about ~155 dollars.
