You might check with your local triathlon organizers, who may be able to refer you to one or more hand cyclists. Next time I see the hand cyclist who frequents my neighborhood, I shall try to learn more about his machine.
I have thought about getting a hand cycle for the overall fitness benefit, but they sit lower to the ground than a LWB 'bent.
