skid skids, or are we talking about midgey skip stops? Because I've found it to be very difficult to actually
skid running 79 gear inches, and many people tell me I have hulk-like quads
. It just takes a whole helluva lot of force to stop the pedals clean with that much momentum. I'm thinking most of the guys/gals doing actual skidding are running a smaller gearing than that, though I could be wrong. With what I'm running it hardly seems worth the trouble (or the pain).
