In winter I wear "rain legs" and a waterproof jacket. In spring I wear nothing special but usually have arm warmers and tights on. In summer I wear nothing special if it rains (usually have a jersey and shorts on). This is for a 9.5 mile each way commute - with a shower at each end. I quite like riding in the rain though
